  • Takes leads from any form that can post a webhook (Webflow, WordPress, Typeform, Tally, your own site), JSON or form-encoded
  • Cleans the data: email check, name split, capitalization, phone formatting, country codes

Stripe to HubSpot Closed Won Deal

Every paid Stripe checkout or invoice becomes a Closed Won deal in HubSpot, linked to the right contact, with no duplicates when Stripe retries.

  • Verifies the Stripe signature and rejects forged or stale requests
  • Handles checkout.session.completed and invoice.paid, ignores other events
  • Skips Stripe retries of an event it already processed
  • Finds or creates the contact by email

How we tested

Tested before listing.

Lead Router and Stripe to HubSpot were run end to end on n8n 2.42.4 against a HubSpot developer test account and Stripe test mode. A paid test checkout created the Closed Won deal on the right contact, bad signatures were rejected, and a replayed event did not create a second deal.

How do I get the files?

Right after payment, Stripe sends you to your download page with the workflow file and the setup guide. Bookmark it. If you lose it, email hello@tidewellsystems.com with your receipt and we send the files.

Which n8n version?

Built and tested on self-hosted n8n 2.42.4. The workflows use standard nodes (Webhook, Code, HTTP Request), so they should import into n8n Cloud as well. If anything does not, email us.

Can I change them?

Yes. Scoring rules, routing, categories and messages are plain settings at the top of each workflow. The setup guide shows where.

Q.04

Can I use them for clients?

Yes, in your own business or in your clients' n8n instances. Please do not resell or republish the template files themselves.

Do you store my keys?

No. With the templates, your keys stay in your own n8n. For the done-for-you setup we arrange access with you by email. Never send passwords by email.
