Do I need to get on a call?
No. Everything happens by email. If you would rather talk, say so in the form.
Do you need my Shopify login?
No. We send a collaborator request and you approve it in your admin, with only the permissions the work needs. The written check needs no access at all.
What about the apps I already pay for?
We work with them. If one is slowing the store down, we tell you and you decide whether to keep it.
I already have a developer.
That's fine. The written check is still free, and we can cover the small things so your developer can stay on bigger projects. We stay out of their work unless you ask.
What if a job turns out bigger than the quote?
We tell you before starting and quote the extra work separately. Nothing is added to the invoice without your OK.
