Things people ask first.
Do I need to get on a call?
No. Everything happens by email. If you would rather talk, say so in the form and we will set one up.
Do you need my password?
No. You add us as a user in Klaviyo and can remove us whenever you want. The written check itself needs no access at all.
Who writes the emails?
We do, from your site, your products and the way you already talk to customers. You approve every email before anything goes live.
I already have some flows. Is this still for me?
Yes. The free written check tells you which ones to keep and which need work. If a smaller scope makes more sense than the full build, the quote will say so.
I use Mailchimp, not Klaviyo.
We can still do the free written check. Moving to Klaviyo is quoted separately, before any work starts.
How do I pay?
By card, or by invoice and bank transfer, on the terms in your fixed quote. Nothing is charged for the written check.
