CONTACT FORM REPAIR
Your contact form says "sent". Nothing arrives.
We find why your website form stopped delivering messages and fix it. You pay only once a test message from your own form lands in your inbox. One form fixed: $299.
No passwords. Nothing is charged until you approve the scope.
Got an email from us about your form? Just reply to it, that works too.
Sound familiar?
Broken forms often look like one of these. The messages below are examples, and the exact wording varies by plugin and version.
- The form shows a thank-you message, but no email ever reaches you. Or only some do.
- Visitors see an error such as "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later." (a Contact Form 7 message) or "Your submission failed because of a server error." (an Elementor forms message).
- The spam check (Google reCAPTCHA) shows "ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain for site key" and submissions may be blocked.
- Some forms don't show up at all. Where the form should be, visitors see an error message or a line of code instead.
It often starts after a hosting move, a plugin or theme update, a new domain, or a change to your email provider.
Check these two things first
If one of them is the cause, you don't need us.
- Open the form's notification settings and look at the address it sends to. An old address or a typo is common.
- Send yourself a test and search your spam folder for it.
Still nothing? Then it's usually the mail setup or the spam check, and that's what we fix.
How it works
- Tell us the page the form is on and what happens when you submit it. A screenshot helps. We reply within one business day with questions or a written scope and price.
- You add a temporary user for us (steps below). Before changing anything we save a copy of the form and mail settings (an export or screenshots), then find where the message gets lost and fix it. Usually that means the mail sending setup, the email records for your domain, the spam check, or a plugin conflict.
- We send test submissions from your live page and show you proof they arrived (screenshots, plus a mail log where the platform keeps one). You confirm one landed in your inbox, then you pay. You also get a short note on what broke and what we changed.
Price
One form, fixed: $299
Paid only once you've confirmed a test message from your form reached your inbox.
Not sure what's causing it? A $99 written diagnosis finds the cause, and the $99 counts toward the fix if you go ahead.
More than one form or site? We'll say so up front and quote it in writing before anything starts.
No fix, no charge. The $99 diagnosis is waived if we can't fix it, and the $299 is due only once the fix is confirmed working.
What we need from you
- The page address where the form is, and what you see when you submit it.
- A temporary user on your site, once you've approved the scope. On WordPress: Users > Add New, enter the email address we give you, set the role to Administrator and leave the option to email the new user ticked. We set our own password from the email WordPress sends. You never share yours, and you delete the user when we're done.
- If the fix needs new email records for your domain (SPF or DKIM), either add the records we send you, or give us access in your domain provider the same way. We'll tell you which before we start.
- An inbox you can check, so you can confirm the test message arrived.
Not on WordPress? Shopify, Wix, Squarespace and Webflow all let you invite a staff or contributor user. We'll send the steps for yours.
Questions
Is my data safe?
We only touch what the fix needs. We save a copy of the form and mail settings before changing anything, send tests with our own test details, and don't copy your past messages or customer data. You remove our user when we're done.
How long does it take?
We reply within one business day. Once you approve the scope and add our user, we aim to finish a single-form fix in one to two business days. That's a target, not a promise, and the scope tells you the date we expect.
What if you can't fix it?
Then you don't pay. The $99 diagnosis is waived and no fix fee is due. You still get our notes on what we found, so the next person doesn't start from zero.
Do you need my password?
No. You create a separate temporary user for us, and we set its password ourselves. Never send us your login.
Which form plugins and builders do you work with?
Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor forms, Ninja Forms and Fluent Forms on WordPress, plus forms on Shopify, Wix, Squarespace and Webflow, and hand-coded forms. Not sure what yours is? Send the page link and we'll tell you.
What if the form breaks again?
The handoff note tells you how to test the form in a minute, so you can check it yourself now and then. Where the platform allows it and you agree, we can also turn on a log of sent emails. If it breaks again later, tell us and we'll check whether it's the same fault before quoting anything.
Did I lose the messages people already sent?
Maybe not. Some form plugins keep a copy of every submission on the site even when the email fails. If yours does, we'll show you where to find them.
Who is this for?
Businesses whose website form brings in enquiries, quotes or bookings. We're independent and not affiliated with WordPress, Shopify, Google or any form plugin.
Every day the form is quiet, enquiries go missing without anyone noticing. Send us the page and what happens when you submit it.
