Store issue repair
A Shopify page, theme or checkout problem
Broken links, visible leftovers, mobile issues, app conflicts or a checkout path that no longer behaves as expected.
Fix a store issue →STORE ISSUE REPAIR
A page has leftover template text. A theme change made a mobile path awkward. An app conflicts with the storefront. Send the URL and the symptom. We start with what a shopper can see, then scope the smallest sensible repair.
Shopify systems repair
Orders stop syncing. Klaviyo flows go quiet. A webhook drops a field. A theme change breaks checkout or tracking. Tidewell helps small store owners and lean teams find the cause, fix the agreed issue and get a plain-language handoff.

Fix a broken automation →Unclear cause
A $99 written diagnosis covers one issue and is credited toward the $299 fix within 30 days if you proceed.
Describe the issue →Send the store URL, tools and symptom.
Receive questions or a written scope, price and timing.
Decide whether to proceed. Nothing is charged before agreement.
We test the agreed work and send plain-language notes.
The first response is free. Small content fixes (placeholder policy text, broken links, copy edits) are $49 flat, and you pay only if it is fixed. A one-bug fix is $299. When the cause is unclear, a $99 written diagnosis comes first and is credited toward the fix. Larger work gets a written quote ($400 to $1,500).
One short intake
What should happen? What happens instead? Which tools are involved? Three or four sentences is enough.
No passwords or private customer data. We reply within one business day with questions, a scope and fixed price, or a clear note that we are not the right fit.

No. If approved work needs access, use a collaborator or user invite with only the needed permissions. Never send a password.
We can inspect storefront behavior and available configuration when the issue is within the agreed scope. If the app vendor must make the change, we say so.
Theme work is scoped on a duplicate theme first. Nothing is published until the agreed review is complete.
Automation repair
Orders do not reach accounting. A form submits but the CRM record is missing. A Klaviyo flow goes quiet. Make, Zapier or n8n runs fail without a useful alert. We trace the path before we propose a fix.
We inspect the trigger, steps, filters, field mapping, app connection and task history when access and scope allow. If replacement is safer, we explain that before quoting.
Shopify, Klaviyo, Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot and tracking setups are common examples. Tell us the full chain and we will say if a tool or plan is outside our fit.
No. We test agreed scenarios, document the failure path and can quote monitoring or hardening separately if needed.
